Nat Hefferman – Social Media
Nat Hefferman heads our East Coast social media team. A former financial services professional, Nat began working in social media as a website monitor for a COPPA-compliant children’s website (yes, the Beacon Street Girls) while home raising his two kids. The job soon evolved into the role of head monitor, managing the schedules and team of monitors. Today he works with several of our clients, ranging from enterprise software vendors to consulting firms to local small businesses. In his spare time, he plays saxophone, bassoon and sarrusophone (look it up) with several local orchestras and bands, most notably the Extraordinary Rendition Band of Providence, RI. Kerry Fristoe – Writing, Editing, and Social Media
Kerry took a circuitous path to writing. She served six years in the United States Air Force as a Cryptologist/Linguist and was a Systems Engineer at Lockheed-Martin. She’d tell you what she did there, but they’d revoke her 00 status. Later, she worked at the AGC of Massachusetts, the state chapter of the national construction trade association. She also raised a bright, shining daughter. Kerry attended Connecticut College, The Community College of the Air Force, the Harvard Extension School, and the Defense Language Institute. She writes about movies on Prowler Needs a Jump, Brattle Film Notes, B Movie Maniacs, and other film blogs. She has recently joined the See Hear podcast, where the team discuss movies with a musical bent.

Bonnie Silveria – Director of Marketing
Bonnie offers more than 20 years of customer-focused traditional and digital marketing experience and new business development – with a background in manufacturing, small business, internet, and technology start-ups. She likes to focus on business and strategy development, social media marketing, email marketing, co-marketing programs, and website development. She likes to develop the strategy and then get her hands dirty in the implementation. Bonnie has worked at such diverse companies as Gare, Charles River Interactive, Adsmart and Engage (both CMGi Companies), Weather Services Corporation, and AT&T New Media Services, and Ziff Communications. When she is not standing along the sidelines with her husband cheering on her two teens at whatever sport they are playing that season, she enjoys visiting local yarn shops and building up her yarn stash, knitting accessories that she gifts, and reading the latest fictional bestseller.

Ray Bernoff – Content Creation Specialist
Ray has been a content marketer, professional photographer, video and podcast editor, and illicit barber. His film and media studies BA from Tufts University focused on media production, but his first love and his primary function at Carlton PR and Marketing is writing. He is always trying new things, which may be why he’s written about everything from disability accessibility to manufacturing and design thinking. He believes that all forms of written communication should be clear, tell a story, and have a sense of humor. He once got an internship at Forrester Research by statistically proving that positive Amazon reviews of a certain popular novel were more likely to contain grammar mistakes. When not at work, he can be found writing and editing fiction, fussing over houseplants, finely mincing onions, or creating slightly off-kilter art at his local makerspace.
